Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Lime wedges
Pico de Gallo:
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make pico de gallo.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges.
