Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups steamed rice
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add ginger and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Return tofu to the pan and add soy sauce. Stir until everything is well-coated.
- Serve over steamed rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
